Monty Python Day - Doune Castle.
Sunday 9 September 2007, 4.30 pm - 9.00 pm
Historic Scotland invites you to join us at Camelot - no let's not go to Camelot, it's a silly place - where else but the magnificent Doune Castle for an experience not to be missed by any Monty Python fan. Following yet another sell-out last year, Doune Castle ? a key location for the filming of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, hosts a special event limited to 500 tickets.
You think you know what will happen on the day? Well think again, as we may just have a few surprises up our sleeves. Of course, your favourite bits will remain, so don't put those coconuts to the back of the cupboard just yet.
Monty Python Day Hall of Fame
New for 2007 is the Monty Python Day Hall of Fame which will be on show at the event. If you would like to feature in this, please send your photos (of our previous events) to hs.events@scotland.gsi.gov.uk or call 0131 668 8926 for more information. |
