| Escape from the pressures of modern life in our traditionally furnished rooms, each with its own individual feel. All rooms have T.V. and tea & coffee making facilities and all the little extras such as hair dryers and irons can be provided (OK if you don’t want to iron on holiday we may be persuaded to do it for you!) . Extra beds and a cot are available for those with families. |

 THE SITTING ROOM
Imagine curling up in front of a real fire with a cup of hot chocolate after a brisk walk in the hills, or maybe a cool lager after a cycle round a loch! The guest sitting room is just the place to unwind. Complete with T.V.,video, DVD, board and computer games and books, all the family can find something to enjoy when the weather is not so kind – well it is Scotland! |

 THE GREEN ROOM (4)
Feeling romantic or do you just want to curl up in our sumptuous four poster bed? This room is tastefully decorated in restful green and creams. Complete with its own shower room, it is a favourite with couples young and old. There is also plenty of room for our deluxe extra single bed

 THE RED ROOM (3)
Access to a bath and shower room opposite (Shared with only one other room), this room has real Scottish charm. Think old farmhouse furniture (including the rather low ceiling as you can see in the photo) but with its own wash hand basin and other modern facilities. It can accommodate an extra single bed for families. |

 THE BLUE ROOM (2)
My personal favourite, this is our only twin room with wash hand basin and bath/shower room close by. Decorated in hues of blue and beige, it includes the original built in shelving unit. Situated at the side of the building, it is also our quietest room. Our deluxe extra bed can easily be accommodated to make a triple.

 THE CREAM ROOM (1)
Light and airy, this room is decorated in shades of cream and beige. It hosts an additional alcove with a small single bed (but big enough of most adults) With an en suite shower room and all facilities, it is ideal for a family. A small extra bed can be added for a couple with two children.
